These Terms of Service govern the use of the Daughters of Vision Mentoring website and participation in our programs and services. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

Eligibility
Our services are designed for youth participants.
Minors must have documented consent from a parent or legal guardian to enroll in programs, workshops, events, mentoring sessions, or activities.

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services when safety concerns arise or when policies are not followed.

Programs and Services
Our organization provides mentoring, life skills coaching, workshops, support groups, student liaison services, peer to peer networking, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach programs.

Program offerings may change at any time based on capacity, scheduling, safety considerations, and nonprofit requirements.

Participant Responsibilities
Participants and families agree to
• Provide accurate and up to date information during enrollment
• Communicate about scheduling, absences, or concerns
• Follow behavior expectations and safety rules during all activities
• Engage respectfully with staff, mentors, volunteers, and peers

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for the safety and conduct of minors outside of scheduled program hours and locations.

Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, the following behaviors are not permitted
• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threats
• Possession or use of illegal substances
• Violence or unsafe actions
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with programming

Violation of the Code of Conduct may lead to suspension or removal from programs.

No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice
Our mentoring and life skills services are educational and supportive in nature.
We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, legal, or financial advice.
Participants are encouraged to seek licensed professional support when needed.

Safety and Mandatory Reporting
Our organization takes youth safety seriously.
If staff, mentors, or volunteers believe a participant is in danger or experiencing abuse or neglect, we are legally required to report concerns to the proper authorities.

Third Party Services and Links
Our website or programs may include links to outside organizations or resources.
We do not control or endorse third party websites or services and are not responsible for their practices or content.

Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, program materials, and media belong to Daughters of Vision Mentoring unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Participation in activities is voluntary.
By using our services, participants and their parents or legal guardians agree that Daughters of Vision Mentoring is not responsible for
• Injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions
• Personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during activities
• Interactions between participants outside official program time

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under Wisconsin law.

Program Changes and Discontinuation
We may modify or discontinue programs, scheduling, or events at any time when needed for safety, staffing, capacity, or operational reasons.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or remove a participant from services due to
• Repeated or serious behavior concerns
• Safety risk to self or others
• Failure to comply with program policies

Whenever possible, concerns will be discussed with the parent or legal guardian.
